Jack Chen, Chairman of China Think Tank, made a very well-received speech on cross border M & A to MBA students at the University of Southern California on February 10, 2004.

Jack Chen, Chairman of China Think Tank, helped launched ACG Hong Kong/Pearl River Delta, the first Asia Pacific Chapter for ACG. ACG is the leading organization for professionals involving in mergers and acquisitions and corporate growth. It has more than 7,500 members worldwide.

Jack Chen, Chairman of China Think Tank, acted as a key member of the steering committee that organized the first large scale China Compass Conference in Los Angeles that focused exclusively on opportunities and challenges in doing business with China.

Jack Chen, Chairman of China Think Tank, was invited to speak at Dalian International Information, Technology & Entrepreneur Forum which was held from September 26, 2003 to September 29, 2003.

Events

Members of China Think Tank helped organize the first Bond Summit in China. The first ever high-level Bond Summit, held in Beijing on December 12 and 13, 2003, was co-sponsored by RAND, Institute of Finance and Banking and Industrial and Commerce Bank of China (ICBC). Speakers include Xiaochuan Zhou, Governor of the People's Bank of China, Mr. Jiang Jian Qin, President of ICBC, China’s largest bank, and Mr. Yong Li, Vice Minister of Finance.
